Enterprise Architect - React Native, AWS (250627) What we’re looking for: As anEnterprise Architecton the Customer-Facing Digital Experience team, you will be expected to seamlessly integrate into the team with minimal guidance, demonstrating the ability to hit the ground running from day one. You will drive the technical direction on a new greenfield project to build a wide-range of beautiful customer experiences across platforms, including but not limited to web, tablet, mobile and in-store kiosks. You’ll make foundational decisions that will shape our architecture and development processes for years to come. You will: β€’ Lead Architectural Strategy:Act as theprincipal technical authorityon the team, driving the technical and architectural direction for a new, high-impactgreenfield projectand ensuring all decisions align with both e-commerce and enterprise strategic goals. β€’ Design and Build for AWS:Architect and implement a robust set of cloud-based applications and services within theAWS ecosystem, emphasizingscalability, security, and disaster recovery. β€’ Drive Digital Experience:Design systems that deliverexcellent, personalized digital customer experiencesacross all touchpoints, includingweb, mobile, tablet, and in-store kiosks. Champion SEO and Accessibility best practices. Work closely with UX/UI teams to ensure the technology stack enables fast, intuitive, and secure experiences. β€’ Ensure Integration & Performance:Architect seamless, API-driven solutions to integrate e-commerce platforms with all backend and third-party systems (e.g., payment processors, analytics tools). Work with development teams to monitor andoptimize performancefor minimal downtime and fast load times. β€’ Modernize Development Practices:Establish and enforce technical standards and procedures, guiding the team toward a modernized development approach. β€’ Own CI/CD and Quality:Design and implement a robust yet easy-to-useCI/CD pipelinethat enforces quality through comprehensive checks and balances, includingautomated testing. β€’ Facilitate Cross-Functional Alignment:Facilitate clear communication and collaboration between the IT department, executive management, other company departments, and external vendors/partners. Location Requirement: You will need to reside within50 miles of our Corporate Headquarters in Scottsdale, AZas this role has the option of hybrid or onsite work. #TECH2025 Experience β€’ Bachelor's Degree in CS or related and applicable experience. β€’ 10+ years of progressive experience in software development/engineering. β€’ 4+ years of experience using modern Javascript frameworks such as React for building applications with enterprise design patterns. Pay & Benefits Data (in accordance with the Equal Pay and Opportunities Act) β€’ Minimum Salary: $138,600 β€’ Maximum Salary: $200,550 This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
