This position is responsible for nurturing and expanding client relationships within the government health plan sector. Additionally, this role will focus on driving revenue growth, executing account strategies, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

- Client Relationship Management: Cultivates strong, enduring relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives and Market Leadership.
- Account Strategy: Develops and executes comprehensive plans aligned with client 1-year and 3-year objectives and organizational goals
- Revenue Growth: Identifies upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase account revenue and work with Growth team counterpart to accelerate deals.
- Strategic Planning: Builds strategic account and relationship plans through collaboration with internal and external team.
- Client Advocacy: Serves as primary client advocate and champion the client’s voice within the company.
- Risk Management: Anticipates and delegate to operations to mitigate potential risks to client satisfaction and retention.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitors KPIs (key performance indicators) and metrics related to account health, growth, and satisfaction.
- Contract Renewal: Proactively lead renewal negotiations and contracting.
- Problem Resolution: Addresses client concerns and escalate issues as needed to ensure prompt resolution and work with key team members from Operations, Finance, Legal, etc.
- Market Insights: Stays informed about industry trends to provide strategic guidance.
- Financial Oversight: Manages financial performance, including revenue, EBITDA growth, and expense management.
- Product Development: Captures client insights to shape product development and quantify impact to future business.
- Growth Initiatives: Leverages the success of existing accounts to attract new clients and expand relationships, and pipeline with compelling value propositions.
- Positions new product opportunities to clients based upon the organization’s entire suite of available offerings.

- Bachelor's Degree required. Master's Degree preferred.
- Ten (10) plus years’ experience in government health plan account management/sales.
- Deep understanding of healthcare, value-based reimbursement, Medicaid, and/or Medicare.
- Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to achieve objectives.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and market dynamics.
- Business acumen supported by data-driven decision-making.
Salary: $156,600 - $226,600
This role is commission eligible.
