This is a people management role in our revenue operations organisation. As the Enterprise Deal Operations Manager (Post Sales), you will report to the Senior Enterprise Deal Operations Manager, EMEA region. You will lead a team of Enterprise Operation Support Specialists who provide post-signature support in fulfilling transactional billing, invoicing, licensing, and SOX compliance functions for non-ELA requests.

What you'll do

  • Manage a team of Enterprise Operation Support Specialists supporting our post-sales processes for all Atlassian products.
  • Ensure all client-facing documents comply with internal policies and external regulations, such as GDPR, revenue recognition, and SOX.
  • Provisioning cloud licenses following the sale of Atlassian's newly integrated products and hybrid product bundles.
  • Partnering with Accounts Receivable, Revenue Recognition, and Credit & Collections teams to ensure post-sales process alignment.
  • Collaborating with Atlassian's Cloud technical support teams, engineers, and Analytics organizations to troubleshoot or update account-specific data.
  • Supporting Cloud customers with general billing, invoicing, and licensing questions.
  • Supporting Atlassian sales teams, customers, Partners, engineers, and other technical support groups with provisioning Cloud product trials.
  • Assisting with account reconciliation processes at the end of every month.
  • Partnering with Enterprise Deal Operations team members, including EDMs, Sr. Managers, and Managers to assign support request tickets to their regional teams.

Your Background

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in any of the following: Knowledge Management, Deal Desk, Order Management, Sales Contract Support, Deal Management, Sales Quoting Support, or Revenue Operations.
  • At least two years in a people management role in an operations function.
  • Must be highly proficient in Excel, including manually creating ad hoc formulas to calculate contract pricing.
  • Strong ownership for resolving sales cycle issues related to quoting, document control, document assembly, signatures, and provisioning.
  • Customer service background, the ability to work under tight deadlines, and experience balancing many support requests simultaneously.
  • Must be willing to join video chats daily to support stakeholders, peers, management, customers, and partners.

Requirements

  • BS/BA in Business, Economics, Finance, Operations or a related discipline
  • Knowledge of CPQ/QTC technology solutions, Salesforce, Oracle Fusion, NetSuite, JIRA, Confluence, Docusign, Cloud marketplaces.
  • Experience directly supporting customers, partners & sellers on deal shaping/structuring, terms negotiations, financial modelling & risk optimization on complex contracts.
  • Experience establishing new governance practices for deal reviews (deal structure and risk-adjusted return evaluations), and deal flow to anticipate & avoid downstream issues before they happen.
