About the RoleÂ
We're looking for a high-performing National Account Manager with 7+ years of experience retaining and growing revenue while delivering an exceptional level of customer service. As a National Account Manager you will be working closely with enterprise level accounts. You will be responsible for profitably managing a high volume of current accounts by proactively ensuring client satisfaction/retention and increasing revenue as well as hunting new business while working closely with National Account Manager reps at our sister company, Indeed.
What You’ll DoÂ
- Manage and grow a large book of business through a high-deep and wide sales approach
- This role will start having to build a book of customers by hunting prospects and leaning on Indeed to bundle clients into Glassdoor and Indeed branding products.
- Successfully communicate and work with Indeed partners to maintain client satisfaction and generate new business
- Create client value by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
- Partner with the Client Success Team to ensure clients are receiving proper program expectations and deliver impactful BPI’s to clients
- Exceed monthly/quarterly retention and growth goals
- Thrive on change while remaining highly organized, optimistic, and coachable
- Research, identify, and generate new opportunities via the phone and web
What You’ll Bring
- A commitment to add to our culture of DEI
- 5- 7+ years of New Business and Account Management experience (prior digital media and SaaS experience) with a strong track record of success
- Experience working within a team environment to over-deliver on desired results
- Experience with high-level (Director or above) contract negotiations and the ability to successfully navigate complex organizations
- Previously trained in consultative / value based selling
- Solid ability to handle tough conversations with clients in a professional, solution-oriented manner
- Strong belief in a proactive rather than reactive approach to handling clients
- Ability to travel up to 25% if necessary (when globally we can)
- A passion for excellent customer service
- Technically savvy and specifically skilled in SFDC & various marketing tools
Base Salary Range*: Â $105,600 - 132,000 | OTE*: $176,000 - $220,000

*Glassdoor base salaries are targeted to the market 75th percentile for technical roles and the 65th percentile for non-technical roles. In other words, 65-75% of comparable organizations in our industry will pay less.

***Restricted Stock Units (RSU) are awarded at hire and may be refreshed annually. Additionally, as a pay-for-performance company, RSU grant awards are presented bi-annually to exceptional performers.
