DexCare is looking for an Enterprise Sales Development Representative (ESDR) to help drive revenue and sales pipeline growth. They will help to devise inbound and outbound campaigns, contact prospective buyers via email, phone, and other channels, demonstrate our solution, provide information to prospects and consultants about our value proposition, and work with senior sales directors to close business. They will also work closely with marketing on highly targeted demand-gen campaigns, in addition to partnering with senior sales directors on territory planning.

What You’ll Do
- Consistently generate new business opportunities to fuel our enterprise salespipelineÂ
- Execute email and phone outreach/follow-up to qualified accounts and leads through marketing channels, including webinars, conferences, email campaigns, and inbound web visitors
- Respond to prospect inquiries, share value propositions, and qualify leads in the health system marketÂ
- Represent the company at industry events, setting up and holding meetings with prospective customersÂ
- Demonstrate and talk about the value ofour solutions with prospectivebuyers one-on-one and at eventsÂ
- Nurture of existing leads to drive opportunity progression in the funnelÂ
- Achieve daily targets for pipeline generation activity, and quarterly targets for converting qualified opportunitiesÂ
- Deep understanding of the prospect’s organization and their buying objectivesÂ
- Ensure a smooth and informed transition of qualified opportunities to senior sales directorsÂ
- Collaborate with sales and marketing peers to identify new pipeline generation channels and support execution as neededÂ
What You’ll Bring
- 2-4 years experience, preferably in B2B healthcare technology with complex sales cycles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ambitious, detail-oriented, self-starter, goal-oriented
- Strong desire to grow personally and professionally in a sales or marketing role
- Tech stack experience (Salesforce, Outreach, Demandbase is a plus)
- Innate interested in high-growth organization, sales, and technology
- Thrives in a goal-driven, fast-paced environment
- Team player, ability to work across the organization
- Confident in having value-based conversations with senior healthcare executives
- Comfortable with technology - can provide high-level demo once trained
