Position Summary We’re seeking a motivated and detail-orientedEntry-Level Accounting Managerto support our finance and operations team. This position is ideal for someone early in their accounting career who wants exposure to the full accounting cycle within the commercial real estate industry. Responsibilities • Processaccounts payable and receivablefor managed properties • Assist in preparingmonthly financial reportsandbank reconciliations • Supporttenant billing, including rent, CAM (common area maintenance), and utilities • Help track and reconcileproperty budgets and expenses • Maintainaccurate recordsof income, deposits, and invoices • Assist withCAM reconciliationsand annual operating expense reconciliations • Coordinate with the property management team on financial matters • Support documentation for audits and financial compliance • Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes • Interact with tenants on rent questions Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required) • 0–2 years of relevant accounting experience (internships count!) • Strong organizational and time management skills • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas) • Experience with accounting or real estate software like QuickBooks, Yardi, or AppFolio (a plus) • Attention to detail and willingness to learn • Professional communication skills and a team-first attitude Compensation & Benefits • Estimated Base Salary:$50,000 – $60,000/year • Schedule:Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM • Health • In office • Paid time off and holidays • Training and career development opportunities Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: • Health insurance • Paid time off Work Location: In person
