We are actively hiring an Entry Level Customer Associate to join our expanding customer service and sales team in the Seattle area. As a customer-facing associate, you’ll represent top telecommunications brands and help individuals find the wireless services that meet their everyday needs. This is a full-time, entry-level role ideal for candidates looking to grow their careers in customer service, sales, or brand support. As a Customer Associate, you will provide product education, service recommendations, and customer support, while gaining firsthand experience in direct sales, client interaction, and customer communication strategies. Key Responsibilities of the Entry Level Customer Associate: • Engage with customers to deliver outstanding customer service and support • Recommend sales solutions based on individual customer needs and preferences • Help customers compare wireless plans, internet packages, and promotional offers • Maintain accurate customer records and track account activity • Assist with customer inquiries, product knowledge, and service updates • Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention • Collaborate with other Customer Associates to improve service quality and meet sales targets • Communicate professionally with customers to resolve concerns and answer questions • Present current service promotions to maximize customer value and boost sales • Provide feedback to improve customer experience and campaign success What We Look for in a Customer Associate: • Prior experience in customer service, retail, or sales is preferred but not required • Strong communication skills with a passion for delivering positive customer experiences • Ability to identify customer needs and suggest relevant service options • Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to work in a team-oriented sales environment • Comfortable speaking with new customers and guiding them through service decisions Position requires sales and customer service duties. All training will be provided. This is a commission-based opportunity with no earning cap, and the potential to make $41,600 to $68,000 annually. Commissions per sale typically average between $50 and $170. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $850.00 - $1,200.00 per week Work Location: In person
