Entry Level Customer Associate

Our company is looking for an Entry Level Customer Associate to join our innovative and driven team environment. We have the opportunity to grow our local market and interact with customers providing them with excellent customer service and building long-term brand loyalty. The Entry Level Customer Associate will be responsible for assisting in educating them on services available, new product launches, questions they may have, and troubleshooting accounts. The Entry Level Customer Associate will also possess a high level of awareness when it comes to working with customers facilitating any knowledge of products and services offered. Our Entry Level Customer Associates do an extraordinary job managing customer feedback, resolving issues, and establishing positive assessments to move the company’s growth forward and ensure customer satisfaction. Entry Level Customer Associate Responsibilities: • Work with customers to educate them on services we offer, resolve any issues, present products and services available and highlight any upgrades and benefits of services • Assist with the process of sales and provide accurate information of services • Building and maintaining good relationships with customers to provide insightful information regarding any services offered and potential future referrals • Increase company accounts and sales by creating plans to address the companies needs • Support our mission and values; this includes both internally and externally to enhance our customers satisfaction rate Entry Level Customer Associate Qualifications: • Experience working in a Customer Service, Sales, or customer facing role is recommended • Ability to be adaptable and work well in a customer focused environment • Empathy when dealing with customers needs and what they are requesting for services • Ability to use clear communication and desire to work with others Job Type: Full-time Pay: $800.00 - $1,350.00 per week Work Location: On the road
