Duties
• Assist customers with questions, orders, and service inquiries via phone, email, or in person
• Support the customer service team with administrative tasks and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Help resolve basic client issues or escalate them to appropriate staff
• Assist with appointment scheduling and order processing
• Ensure a professional and positive experience for all clients
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily service goals
Skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and email)
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $41,712.77 - $50,234.74 per year
