Day-to-Day Duties of the Entry Level Customer Service Representative • Greet customers at outreach events with a friendly and professional attitude, creating a welcoming environment that encourages engagement. • Clearly explain program benefits and eligibility requirements, including available government assistance options, to help customers make informed decisions. • Guide individuals through the enrollment process, ensuring all forms, documentation, and data entry are completed accurately and efficiently. • Address customer questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism, providing timely resolutions that build trust and satisfaction. • Troubleshoot basic mobile device and wireless service issues, offering hands-on support to resolve common technical problems. • Stay informed on the latest service offerings and updates, participating in ongoing training to maintain product and program knowledge. • Collaborate with team members during events, ensuring a smooth, coordinated experience that supports outreach and customer acquisition goals.
