Job Summary:
This role helps to create orders based on customers’ requirements, assisting with job site surveys and installation appointments as needed, acting as a liaison to customers when the sales representative is unavailable, and handling other duties assigned to support the functions.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Create, manage, and update detailed job tickets for each project in CRM (Method)
• Ensure that client information, material requirements, design specs, and delivery timelines are accurate.
• Track job tickets throughout the workflow – from design to production and installation.
• Close jobs by verifying that all deliverables and documentation are complete.
• Understanding commonly used signage materials (e.g., vinyl, acrylic, PVC, aluminum, coroplast, foam board, etc.) is a plus.
• Communicate material needs clearly with the production team and confirm availability with procurement.
• Stay updated on new materials and fabrication methods to serve client needs better and ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Translate customer requests into precise and actionable job specifications for the internal team.
• Provide professional and timely updates to clients regarding their job status.
• Handle revisions, complaints, and follow-ups with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with vendors for specialty materials or outsourced services if needed.
• Collaborate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure accurate execution of the job ticket.
• Relay changes or updates to job specs in real time to avoid production delays.
• Schedule and confirm installation dates, ensuring all materials and personnel are ready.
• Follow up post-installation to ensure customer satisfaction and handle any punch-list items.

Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent degree preferred.
Experience from the signage industry is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
Working on a computer and walking to the production and shipping departments regularly.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
