This Entry-Level Customer Support Representative role centers around building trust, presenting solutions, and driving sales on behalf of a leading telecommunications provider. What You’ll Do As an Entry-Level Customer Support Representative:
• Generate new sales opportunities by engaging with potential customers in-person
• Present customized telecommunications solutions based on customer needs
• Manage sales conversations from introduction to close
• Educate customers on service packages, pricing, and promotional offers
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to hit daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Provide excellent customer service to retain existing customers and maximize referral-based sales
