Entry Level Customer Support Representative

You will be the initial point of contact for AT&T consumers as an Entry Level Customer Support Representative, responding to inquiries, resolving problems, and assisting clients in selecting the services that best suit their requirements. We offer comprehensive training and continuous support; no prior experience is necessary. What You're Going to Do: • Respond professionally and cheerfully to customer questions. • Give a concise, understandable explanation of AT&T's goods and services. • Help clients with billing, upgrades, troubleshooting, and account inquiries. • Provide solutions that are suited to the needs of the client. • Stay up to date with the latest products, promotions and services. • Collaborate with your team to meet daily and weekly goals. What we are looking for: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Excellent listening and communication abilities. • A solution-focused, people-first mindset. • Capacity to function both individually and collaboratively. • While not required, prior sales or customer service experience is beneficial.
