• Oversee day-to-day operations of the IT lab including hardware and software setup.
• Manage inventory of lab equipment and ensure compliance with security and safety standards.
• Support engineers and developers with system configurations and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with global teams for resource allocation and lab scheduling.
• Implement and maintain documentation for lab processes and configurations.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure networking and storage systems.
• Hands-on experience with Linux/Windows environments.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies and cloud platforms.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in enterprise-scale environments.
• Knowledge of IBM products
• Scripting skills (e.g. Python Bash Terraform Ansible) for automation.
