Entry Level Manager Responsibilities:
β’ Pinpoint customer concerns by actively listening to their desired needs and providing a solution
β’ Communicate the value and benefits of our services, promotions, and products
β’ Enroll businesses in sales orders as requested during interaction
β’ Maintain updated customer information at all times
β’ Follow all standards and company policies while interacting with customers and team members
β’ Work efficiently with fellow Entry Level Manager team to meet or exceed customer acquisition and sales goals
β’ Learn the ins and outs of the business to increase skills in this role and develop new leadership abilities
β’ Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute new ideas during staff meetings to upper management for discussion and implementation
Entry Level Manager Qualifications:
β’ Experience in a customer service, retail, sales, or customer focused role
β’ Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, meeting customer demands
β’ Experience with time management for effective results
β’ Solution oriented
β’ Excellent active listening and communication skills to provide exceptional customer service at all times
β’ A self-motivated and determined individual with a desire to succeed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $900.00 - $1,400.00 per week
