Responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales Assistant: • As an Entry Level Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for connecting with customers to assess their unique energy needs and what services or promotions they are interested in that would best suit them • Identifying sales and upgrade opportunities when educating customers about the benefits of our products and services • Create customized sales presentations and natural and renewable quotes based on your understanding of their needs and requests • Track sales progress and report on key metrics such as the number of new accounts, total sales volume, and customer feedback • Establish and maintain a network of industry professionals and business leaders to up to date on service knowledge and skills • Collaborate with the team for continuous improvement and role development • Set and manage realistic expectations with customers on service, environment sustainability, energy efficiency, and delivery if necessary Entry Level Sales Assistant Qualifications: • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers • Basic technical proficiency and the ability to quickly learn new systems. • Reliable transportation • Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required. • Ability to work flexible hours • Adaptable in customer service and situations that may arise Job Type: Full-time Pay: $43,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
