Entry-Level Sales Associate

We’re hiring an Entry Level Sales Associate to support wireless service initiatives that help individuals stay connected. As an Entry Level Sales Associate, you’ll receive hands-on training to support a community-focused wireless campaign, helping individuals access essential mobile services through government-supported programs. You'll learn the full enrollment process, gain Verizon product knowledge, and engage directly with customers to guide them through activation. Key Responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales Associate • Proactively engage with individuals to explain the benefits of a community-based wireless service initiative. • Assess customer eligibility for subsidized mobile service programs and assist with documentation as needed. • Guide customers through the enrollment process, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and a positive experience. • Communicate key features of wireless plans and devices with confidence and clarity. • Consistently work toward meeting and exceeding personal sales and enrollment goals. • Accurately record customer interactions and sales activity using designated systems and tools. • Represent the campaign with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset. • Participate in ongoing training sessions to strengthen product knowledge and refine outreach techniques. Minimum Qualifications of the Entry Level Sales Associate • High school diploma or GED required • Experience in customer service, sales, retail, or hospitality is a plus—but not required. • Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S. • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. • Excellent verbal communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people. • Professional, friendly, and reliable in both appearance and attitude. • Valid driver’s license and consistent access to reliable transportation. • Comfortable working independently and in fast-paced environments.
