What You’ll Do as a Entry-Level Sales Associate
• Represent Ascendancy Capital and our telecommunications partners at community events and local outreach programs.
• Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and explain wireless and internet service options with clarity and enthusiasm.
• Guide eligible customers through the enrollment process, ensuring accuracy and a positive experience.
• Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets, directly contributing to campaign success.
• Stay knowledgeable about product offerings, current promotions, and program requirements.
• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage satisfaction and long-term service retention.
• Accurately document sales data and provide feedback on event performance to management.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights, refine strategies, and maintain a high-energy sales environment.
What We’re Looking For
• High School Diploma or GED required; college coursework a plus.
• 0–2 years of experience in customer service, sales, events, or promotions preferred.
• Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, event-based setting.
• Strong attention to detail with enrollment processes and paperwork.
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and eager to grow.
• Reliable transportation to travel to different community event locations in Los Angeles.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $900.00 - $1,300.00 per week
