The Entry Level Sales Associate will work with customers closely within a retail setting and deliver the services that are available to just about everyone. Going above and beyond, the Entry Level Sales Associate will educate customers on products and services available to them that we offer. They will also present customers with solutions for their monthly bill and how they can save while being resourceful with their new service. Our Entry Level Sales Associate makes sure each customer has a reliable plan set for them. Entry Level Sales AssociateResponsibilities: • When customers walk into the retail store, greet them with a smile and positive energy creating a welcoming shopping experience • Present customers with efficient products and services that can be available to them • As an Entry Level Sales Associate , understand the importance and benefits of our products and the impact each customer can make with their new service • Assist customers with setting up appointments for quotes and build new customer accounts • Create tailored solutions that address the specific needs of our customers • Keep retail and working station clean at all times and follow all policies and procedures in store • Increase sales by working in a collaborative environment, thinking strategically and as a team Entry Level Sales AssociateQualifications: • Having prior experience in a customer service, retail, sales role, and/or hospitality background is a plus • A positive attitude to create a welcoming environment in every retail store when greeting customers • Excellent communication to present information and how customers can become more sustainable • Ability to work well in a team retail setting with different coworkers depending on the shift • Ability to think creatively and address all customers questions on services service • A genuine interest in working with customers and others Job Type: Full-time Pay: $700.00 - $1,150.00 per week Shift: • Day shift Work Location: On the road
