Start Your Career in Aviation Sales
Join a global leader in air charter services where your career can take flight — whether you're moving critical cargo across continents or arranging luxury travel for high-profile clients. We're hiring for two dynamic entry-level sales roles, both fully onsite in Atlanta, where you’ll receive world-class training and mentorship in one of the most exciting industries on the planet.
During your interview, we’ll work with you to identify the best fit based on your background, strengths, and interests.
Role 1: Cargo Charter Broker
For candidates who thrive in logistics, fast-paced operations, and B2B relationship building.
You'll be the go-to expert for time-sensitive and complex cargo movements — including humanitarian aid, pharmaceuticals, live animals, and dangerous goods. You’ll manage the full sales and operations cycle, ensuring every shipment gets where it needs to be, on time and with care.
Important:This role often requires availability outside of standard 9–5 hours. Time-critical shipments can happen at any moment, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends. Flexibility is a must.
What You’ll Do:
• Build a book of B2B clients through research, outreach, and relationship development
• Handle urgent charter requests (often outside of regular hours)
• Partner with global cargo operators to secure aircraft
• Present competitive charter quotes based on real-time market conditions
• Coordinate operations from first inquiry to flight completion
• Monitor live flights and troubleshoot any issues
• Deliver exceptional client service to drive repeat business
Role 2: Private Jet Sales Executive
For candidates passionate about luxury service, high-touch client experiences, and fast-paced sales.
You’ll be creating bespoke travel experiences for celebrities, executives, and global VIPs. From spontaneous getaways to last-minute business flights, you’ll manage every detail of private jet charters with precision and white-glove care.
Important:Private clients often need last-minute bookings and round-the-clock support. Expect to work outside standard hours, including evenings and weekends, especially during peak travel periods.
What You’ll Do:
• Build and manage a pipeline of HNW and corporate clients
• Customize jet travel solutions tailored to unique client needs
• Source aircraft from operators and oversee full charter coordination
• Deliver 5-star service and maintain long-term partnerships
• Support your mentor’s sales desk while training
• Participate in airport visits and aircraft viewings to gain industry exposure
• Manage your quotes and client data in a CRM system
Training Program
We’ll set you up for success with a structured, immersive training plan:
Cargo:
• 4 weeks at Global HQ (London): Learn the fundamentals of charter brokering and the industry
• 3–4 months at Regional HQ (New York): Develop hands-on skills with mentorship and live client interactions
• One-on-one mentoring: Ongoing support from experienced brokers and managers
• International and domestic travel opportunities: Gain a global perspective on the air charter industry
• All travel and training expenses are covered by the company
Private Aviation:
• Months 1–3: Hands-on onboarding with a mentor; support live charters and operations
• Months 4–6: Attend immersive global training; learn aviation law, sales, and operations
