We are currently seeking an Environmental Services Worker to join our team and help maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of our casino facility. Position Overview: As an Environmental Services Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests and staff. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining, sanitizing, and cleaning various areas of the casino while interacting positively with guests and employees. Key Responsibilities: • Clean and sanitize casino floors, restrooms, and common areas to ensure a hygienic environment. • Maintain cleanliness in guest areas, including the gaming floor, lounges, restaurants, and service areas. • Interact with guests and employees in a friendly, approachable, and professional manner. • Respond to cleaning requests and maintain a timely and efficient cleaning schedule. • Ensure proper handling and disposal of trash and waste materials. • Stock and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment. • Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation regulations and procedures. • Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate department. • Assist with other duties as assigned to ensure the overall cleanliness of the casino. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent preferred. • Previous cleaning or custodial experience is a plus, especially in a hospitality or casino environment. • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. • Physical ability to perform cleaning duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods of time. • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
