Epoxy Floor Technician / Crew Leader

Epoxy Floor Technician/ Lead Technician Previous Experience Preferred, or Similar Trades FAST GROWING COMPANY! LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES WILLING TO LEARN AND GROW! $1000 to $2000 PLUS per week! Extremely performance based Description Travel to private residence or property, work with a team to effectively prep and install polyaspartic flooring based on manufacturer specifications. Safety & High Customer Service is priority! Depart from our warehouse Daily using New Chevy 2500, new trailers, new equipment. Monday-Friday. Must be willing to work some weekends. Average 40-50 hours per week. Typically you will do 1 floor per day. 1 Day install. Daily activities include, but are not limited to: • Exceeding client expectations every-day, including respecting the home, business, and property. • Proper and satisfactory completion of projects including prep, installation based on manufacturer requirements, and maintaining a clean/safe work environment. • Safety is priority! Safe work requirements, project specifications and safety procedures are followed. • Maintain a proper work environment. Including ensure all materials are on-site and available. Work areas remains clean and orderly. • Driving work truck to and from work sites, if applicable. Qualifications • Team oriented positive mindset • Clean driving record • Must be able to lift/carry 60 lbs • Maintain a professional appearance. • High level of customer services (previous experience preferred). • Trailer driving experience a plus! 16 Foot enclosed. • Previous work experience in the Trades preferred, but not necessary. • Previous experience working in a team environment. • Drug-Screening • Reliable Transportation Required Additional information: Comer and Cross Concrete Coatings is looking for hard working individuals that would like to grow with us and fill new opportunities as they become available.
