Position Title: ERP Systems Manager

Hours: Full Time / 40 hours

Job Duties:

• Manage all SAP ECC systems within the INEOS Enterprises portfolio, including change requests / projects as well as the technical assessment and impact of acquisitions and divestments to the INEOS Enterprises portfolio.
• Act as a technical expert in the configuration and processes surrounding INEOS Enterprises SAP ECC systems.
• Act as the technical authority to SAP Functional Analysts Globally and for all ECC systems within the INEOS Enterprise portfolio to ensure the smooth running of SAP systems on a day to day basis.
• Collaborate with the Global Application & Development Manager on the upgrade of ECC systems to SAP S4/HANA
• Identify test scenarios and coordinate testing of upgrades, new functionality and enhancements including troubleshooting and obtaining user sign off.
• Work with outsourced partners & vendors ensuring that contracted services are working efficiently and meeting business needs.
• Promote the use of standard functionality within the system.
• Gather and document detailed requirements for major new business needs and collaborate with both internal and external partners as necessary to implement.
• Ensure alignment to INEOS Enterprises audit requirements, ensuring that user authority control is adhered to by SAP Functional Analysts in respective systems.
• Responsible for ensuring the SAP systems are up to date and relevant, keeping track of current and future trends in the space.

Required Minimum Position Qualifications: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related field of study; and 2 years of experience with SAP, in the job offered, or any related occupation in which the required experience was gained. Employer will also accept a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related field of study; and 5 years of experience with SAP, in the job offered, or any related occupation in which the required experience was gained

Position also requires demonstrated experience in the following:

• SAP Financial modules
• SAP modules
• LSMW and ABAP Understanding and Debugging
• Providing customer support and troubleshooting system issues, including incident management
• Functional integration experience with other SAP modules
• System interfaces, interdependencies, and processes
• Month-end accounting and associated financial processes related to SAP support.
• Writing technical documentation for sharing with SAP Functional Analysts or external parties
• S4/HANA upgrades from ECC
