Your Role and Responsibilities
Job Description:
We are looking for an intern to support administrative and procedural activities in Strategic Sales Proposal Team - IBM Consulting. The intern will be responsible for developing procedural/operational controls according to the responsibilities below.

Assist in preparing reports, spreadsheets and presentations;

Support forecast and pipeline control;
Assist with the needs of internal stakeholders.
Support the team with demands and general projects related to sales operations and financial processes.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Be studying Administration, Finance or related areas.
Intermediate knowledge of the Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Logical and analytical skills.
Easily organize files, folders and keep project structures organized.
Basic/Intermediate English.

Interpersonal skills:
Ease of working in a team.
Practicality to carry out bureaucratic tasks.
Good verbal and written communication.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail;
Communication and teamwork skills;
Proactivity and willingness to learn.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Advanced Excel.
Previous experience in administrative activities, even in other internships or academic projects.
Advanced English and intermediate Spanish.
