Estágio em Treinamento e Desenvolvimento (São Paulo - Híbrido)

Para participar você precisa ter:

• Disponibilidade para estagiar em nosso escritório na Avenida Paulista na modalidade híbrido, 2 dias presenciais das 9h às 16h de segunda a sexta-feira;
• Cursos nas áreas de Administração, Gestão de RH, Psicologia, Comunicação, Marketing, Pedagogia e correlatos com no mínimo, 1 ano e meio para estagiar, antes da formação;
• Conhecimento intermediário a avançado para conversação em inglês.

Quais serão as suas atividades:

• Apoio na Logística de Treinamentos;
• Auxílio na divulgação e comunicação de eventos;
• Apoio nos indicadores de treinamento;
• Suporte no Programa de Integração de novos colaboradores;
• Assistência na curadoria de conteúdos de treinamentos online, criando trilhas de aprendizado em plataformas de treinamento online;
• Administrar a plataforma de treinamentos, gerando análises e relatórios de engajamento e participação.
