Estate Security Agent

About the Role We are a private security team entrusted with protecting a high-profile family and their residences. Grounded in discretion, integrity, and professionalism, we foster a secure environment where trust and confidentiality are paramount. We’re seeking an Estate Security Agent who is vigilant, adaptable, and composed under pressure. The ideal candidate brings strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and prior experience in executive protection, estate security, or emergency response. Core Responsibilities • Safeguard the client, family, and property through proactive risk assessment and decision-making • Monitor security systems, manage access control, and respond to incidents • Maintain accurate records and communicate clearly with stakeholders • Support travel security and collaborate with external agencies • Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and the client’s standards at all times Qualifications • Minimum 4 years of experience in estate security, executive protection, or related field. • Completion of approved Executive Protection or Estate Security training program • Strong physical readiness and emergency response capability. • Ability to perform under pressure in dynamic environments. • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. • Familiarity with security systems, emergency protocols, and access control procedures. • High level of discretion, confidentiality, and attention to detail. • Valid U.S. Passport and California driver’s license. • Must pass comprehensive background investigation; subject to random drug testing. • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Additional Credentials/Certifications • Valid BSIS Guard Card (California Bureau of Security and Investigative Services). • Valid BSIS Exposed Firearm Permit. • Valid CCW Permit (Concealed Carry Weapon). • Current CPR, First Aid, and AED certification (adult and pediatric). • Completion of evasive/defensive driving training from a recognized provider.
