Estimator/Project Manager

Estimator / Project Manager– Pyro Combustion and Controls (Las Vegas, NV) Pyro Combustion and Controls is a leading provider of industrial boiler, burner, and combustion systems. We specialize in service, installation, and custom solutions for clients across multiple industries. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a highly motivated Estimator / Project Manager to join our Las Vegas team. Position Overview: This role is a critical part of our operations, responsible for estimating projects accurately and managing them from kickoff through completion. You’ll work closely with clients, vendors, and our internal team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to our high standards. Key Responsibilities: • Review plans, specifications, and site conditions to prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for projects. • Work with our service department to develop and manage project schedules and resources. • Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing and manage procurement. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the project lifecycle • Follow up with customer on project execution and ensuring quality service. • Prepare and deliver progress reports and change orders as needed. Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in estimating and/or project management in the mechanical, industrial, or HVAC field (experience with boilers and combustion systems a plus). • Strong understanding of mechanical systems, piping, and combustion equipment. • Proficiency with computers, IPad and Microsoft Office Suite. • Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
