A supply chain management role within the Trade Management business unit. The position holder will be responsible for the self-managed co-ordination of all aspects of the global Happy Meal supply chain process to ensure in-time deliveries at optimum cost for +70 DCs in 42 countries and support the Team Lead Happy Meal Trade Operations Europe in operations and projects. 
The Happy Meal Trade Operations team is responsible for the effective supply co-ordination of global Happy Meal for Europe as well as for logistics timeline determination, DC supply planning, transport order allocation and supply chain optimization projects whilst managing external stakeholders in Europe on McDonald's account e.g. Europe DCs, master warehouses, freight forwarders and suppliers. 
Internally this team maintains a close relationship to the Happy Meal Category Management team, collaborates with the Central Planning team on a daily base and ensures the proper financial order flow in ERP systems as key business stakeholder for HAVI/TMS Finance/Accounting teams. 
- End-to-end logistics timeline determination for product availability including customer delivery
 - Evaluation and determination of most economical and cost-efficient supply chain setup
 - Co-ordination of product availability dates and logistics product information with toy agencies/suppliers
 - Co-ordination of deliveries to HGS master warehouses and European DCs in alignment with the McDonald's marketing calendar
 - Logistics risk management to ensure in-time supply
 - Creation and co-ordination of sales and purchase orders
 - Achievement, delivery and report of cost savings and cost avoidance initiatives.
 - Creation of ad-hoc supply chain reports for stakeholders and customers
