Uptown Janitorial is hiring dependable part-time cleaners to join our team. Duties • Take pride in your work • Take your job seriously, not so much yourself (we’re all goofballs here) • Cleaning according to company standards established during training • The ability to execute Cleaning Service Schedules according to each client’s specifications • Acceptance of feedback on performance and a willingness to implement necessary changes quickly Qualifications • Strong attention to detail • Good physical stamina & strength - able to be on your feet, cleaning for hours at a time • Strong Interpersonal & Communication Skills • Highly proficient in Reliability • Must have a valid drivers license and your own reliable vehicle • Must be able to work independently while also coordinating with managerial team Benefits/Perks • These are permanent, part-time positions, all year round • Performance based wage increases • Potential growth into management/supervisor/admin roles (for the right people!) • Employer coordinated events for team building and celebration Uptown Janitorial is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
