About the Role
We are seeking skilled, organized, and energetic Event Chefs to join our off-premise culinary team. In this role, you’ll execute high-quality food preparation, plating, and presentation for events ranging from intimate gatherings to large-scale celebrations. You’ll collaborate closely with both the culinary and hospitality teams, ensuring each guest experience reflects our uncompromising standards. This position is ideal for chefs who thrive in dynamic, high-energy environments and who enjoy the balance of craft and performance that comes with event cooking.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare, finish, and present dishes across varied event styles, following precise recipes and plating guides
• Collaborate with culinary and hospitality teams to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
• Operate event kitchen equipment (ovens, stoves, grills, fryers) safely and proficiently
• Load, set up, and break down event kitchens, safeguarding product quality from commissary to service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in line with food safety standards
Qualifications
• Recent and relevant culinary experience in a high-energy, event-based or banquet environment
• Strong execution under pressure; ability to follow direction and uphold professional standards
• Fluency in English and a current Food Handler’s Certificate
• Preferred (not required): valid driver’s license with clean record; ability to drive a 16′ box truck or willingness to learn
