A rendezvényszervező felelős különböző események, konferenciák, üzleti találkozók vagy kulturális események szervezéséért és lebonyolításáért minden szervezti egység számára a budapesti irodában. Feladatai közé elsősorban az együttműködés a belső és külső érintettekkel, valamint a részletes logisztikai és adminisztratív feladatok ellátása tartozik majd, mely kulcsfontosságú a sikeres rendezvények lebonyolításában, ehhez keresünk egy tapasztalt magabiztos, executive szinttel is profin kommunikálni képes szupererőt 😊

Feladatok:

1. Rendezvényszervezési terv kidolgozása, beleértve a helyszínválasztást, programtervezést és költségvetés összeállítását.
2. Kapcsolattartás a rendezvény résztvevőivel, vendégekkel, beszállítókkal és partnerekkel.
3. Logisztikai támogatás biztosítása, ideértve a szállítást, szállásokat és étkezést.
4. Rendezvénymarketing tervezése és végrehajtása, beleértve a meghívók küldését, avalamint az elszámolások nyilvántartását, jóváhagyatását
5. A rendezvény napjának teljes körű lebonyolítása, beleértve az esemény menedzselését és problémamegoldást.
6. Rendezvény utáni értékelés és jelentés készítése, beleértve a költségvetés teljesítményének elemzését és javaslatok kidolgozását a jövőbeli eseményekre.
