Event Manager Mandarin Bilingual

To own manage and deliver event logistics for Classroom and Virtual events to include:

•Sourcing internal and/or external resources of Instructors and/or venues as per course requirements and budget guidelines review options and provide recommendations to stakeholders – with high focus on cost optimization and effectiveness

•Set up event classes in IBM Event Management Tool per client’s needs

•Monitor and manage participant enrolments (to achieve maximum capacity where possible for each event) raising any low enrolments in a timely manner.

•Learner Management – provide advice to potential participants /learners regarding courses logistics materials etc

•Prepare and distribute where required event communications e.g. invites joining instructions and tutor briefs for designated courses.

•Responsible for booking Venue and Provide remote and/or on-site support for Face-to-Face events if required

•Attend regular calls with aligned team and stakeholders to understand course requirements provide regular status updates on course logistics and course attendance proactively raising key milestones challenges etc to mitigate risk.

•Manage external payment process associated with offerings as required ensuring Bypass prevention (manage all procurement related tasks including processing BOND Carts Purchase Orders; perform invoice verification and highlight anomalies)

•Manage internal payment process associated with offerings as required.
