We’re looking for a high energy Event Marketing Assistant to join our team and help us take our outreach and sales efforts to the next level. As an Event Marketing Assistant, you’ll be the heartbeat of our outreach efforts. You’ll bring nonprofit missions to life through engaging community events and energetic sales strategies designed to inspire and mobilize. Event Marketing Assistant Responsibilities: • Event Marketing Assistants represent leading nonprofit organizations through high-impact, face-to-face interactions at exciting community events. • Execute creative and strategic sales campaigns that raise awareness and drive engagement. • Work with a passionate, mission-driven team to plan and execute public events that inspire action. • Serve as the main connection between nonprofits and the communities they serve. • Deliver memorable event experiences that fuel our charitable partners growth. • Master the art of community-based sales while building lasting relationships. • Collaborate with a team of passionate professionals committed to excellence in Event Marketing and sales. Event Marketing Assistant Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or event marketing is a plus- but we value personality and drive even more • Flexibility to work events on weekdays and weekends • Local to Dallas, TX or able to commute reliably Joining our team as an Event Marketing Assistant means more than just building your resume- it's about being part of a movement.
