Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Event Marketing Lead to spearhead the marketing efforts for Elevate. In this role, you will own the strategy and execution of all marketing initiatives related to the conference, driving both engagement and business impact. You will manage marketing channels, oversee campaign performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the event achieves its key business objectives.
This is a high-impact role that will allow you to shape the narrative of our flagship customer event, amplify our brand, and deliver a seamless, engaging experience for our attendees.

About The Role:
- Develop and execute Elevateβs marketing strategy to drive event awareness, attendee engagement, and post-event follow-up.
- Define and monitor KPIs, tracking registration, attendance, and conversions to measure campaign success.
- Align marketing efforts with company goals, including brand visibility, customer retention, and product adoption.
- Lead multi-channel campaigns across digital (email, social media, paid ads) and offline (event materials, sales enablement).
- Lead overall messaging across campaigns and the event website to ensure consistency and alignment with brand objectives.
- Create and oversee on-brand content to promote events and engage the target audience.
- Analyze campaign performance, optimize strategies based on data, and provide regular reports on ROI and key metrics.
- Manage the attendee journey, from pre-event communications to post-event engagement, maximizing registrations and participation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on event marketing at B2B SaaS companies.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful global large-scale event marketing strategies that drive engagement, leads, and revenue.
- Strong experience with digital marketing channels (email marketing, paid media, SEO, social media).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to measure and report on marketing performance.
- Creative thinker with excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for different audiences.
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
