Event Officer

Summary As an Event Officer at USA Patrol Division, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment at events by monitoring premises, ensuring compliance with venue regulations, and managing crowd behavior. This role plays a critical part in preventing incidents and ensuring a positive experience for all attendees. Responsibilities • Monitor entrances and exits to prevent unauthorized access. • Patrol event grounds to identify and report suspicious activity. • Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, or disturbances. • Escort individuals from the premises when necessary. • Enforce venue rules and event policies. • Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency personnel if required. • Write accurate incident reports and document security activities. • Provide customer service and assist guests with directions and general inquiries. Requirements • Valid security license. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field preferred. • Proven experience in conflict management and surveillance techniques. • Strong understanding TABC protocols and procedures. • Ability to work well under pressure in dynamic environments. • Physically fit and able to stand/walk for extended periods. • Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
