Position overview We are hiring enthusiastic and reliable Event Staff to assist with delivering exceptional experiences at various events. You will be a key part of the team, ensuring guests have a smooth and enjoyable experience. This role offers structured shifts with consistent hours, opportunities for growth, and the potential for permanent employment. You will receive comprehensive training and the tools necessary to perform your tasks effectively while adhering to company policies. Responsibilities • Assist with the setup and teardown of event spaces, including arranging furniture, equipment, decorations, and other materials as needed. • Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and assisting with special requests during the event. • Help with guest check-in, ticketing, and registration, ensuring smooth and efficient entry for attendees. • Manage guest flow, direct guests to the appropriate areas, and ensure that event spaces are organized and safe. • Offer event information, directions, and recommendations to guests to ensure they feel well-informed and comfortable. • Assist event coordinators and other staff members with logistical tasks, such as distributing materials, serving food and drinks, or managing event schedules.
