Description Join Our Team as an Event Guard! Are you a dependable and vigilant individual with a passion for ensuring the safety of others? We are seeking dedicated Event Guards to join our team and provide exceptional security services for a variety of exciting events. If you value teamwork, professionalism, and a fast-paced environment, this role is for you!Position: Event GuardResponsibilities • Patrol event premises to maintain order and ensure safety for all attendees, staff, and participants. • Monitor entrances and exits, verifying access and preventing unauthorized entry. • Conduct thorough bag checks and screenings when required. • Respond promptly to emergencies, disturbances, or medical situations in accordance with established protocols. • Collaborate with event organizers, local law enforcement, and emergency services as needed. • Provide excellent customer service by assisting attendees with directions, information, or concerns. • Prepare detailed incident reports for any security breaches or unusual occurrences.Qualifications • Previous experience in security is preferred but not required. • Strong observational and decision-making skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. • Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks. • Possession of a valid security license or willingness to obtain one (if required by local regulations). • Reliable transportation and working cell phone.What We Offer • Competitive hourly wages and potential for overtime. • A supportive and dynamic work environment. • Opportunities for career advancement and professional development. • The chance to work at exciting events, from concerts and festivals to corporate gatherings. .
