We are currently seeking experienced Event / Venue Security Officers for Untitled Art Fair in Houston, TX. Responsibilities: As an Event / Venue Security Officer, you will be responsible for: • Ensuring a safe and secure environment for event attendees, staff, and performers. • Conducting thorough security checks at entry points. • Monitoring crowds and responding to any potential security incidents. • Providing excellent customer service to guests. • Collaborating with local law enforcement and event organizers. • Effectively communicating with team members and supervisors. Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have: • Proven experience working security for special events. • Exceptional customer service skills. • Strong communication skills. • Possession of a valid Texas Guard Card. • Ability to work flexible hours, including days and nights • A professional and proactive attitude towards security responsibilities. Preferred Qualifications: • Prior experience in a similar role at large-scale venues Job Types: Part-time, Temporary Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 12 – 60 per week Benefits: • Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
