Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company

We are looking for an experienced event coordinator who is ready to jump in feet first into a fast-moving 2025 event season. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a high volume of shows while delivering pre, during and post-show event plans to drive brand awareness, pipeline, and revenue. This role requires you to work closely with cross functional teams. This candidate will have excellent organizational skills, great attention to detail, and the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all levels and functions within the company.

This Events Marketing Specialist will report to the Sr. Event Marketing Manager.

Open to locations: Draper, UT. We offer a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Research, recommend, and manage marketing-related events for 20+ trade shows.
• Own assigned trade shows and ensure all tasks are complete by the designated deadlines
• Manage end-to-end logistics from contract negotiations, pre and post-event marketing, event set-up and teardown in addition to overseeing trade show inventory and booth assets
• Help track, measure, and report our standard metrics across event marketing efforts.
• Represent BILL at trade shows and other activities as needed.
• Support the events team with the planning and execution of BILL hosted events
• Perform general administrative tasks as needed to support the team goals and objectives

We'd love to chat if you have:

• 2+ years of trade show or event marketing experience
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Owner mentality; willing to jump in and help with special projects
• Excellent project management and organization skills
• Sense of urgency and ability to deliver results in tight timeline
• Proven track record of successful event planning and execution
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
• Experience using Salesforce, Marketo and Asana

The estimated base salary range for this role is noted below for our office location in Draper, UT. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in BILL's bonus and equity plan. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.

$70,000-$97,300 USD
