As we continue to grow, we are looking for dedicated and vigilantSecurity Officersto join ourNightlife/Events division. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Greet and screen guests at entrances in a professional and respectful manner • Ensure all guests meet age requirements and comply with venue policies • Monitor crowd behavior and proactively identify and de-escalate conflicts • Patrol venue areas regularly to ensure safety and security • Enforce capacity limits, dress codes, and safety regulations • Collaborate with venue management, bartenders, and other staff to address issues quickly • Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently, including contacting law enforcement or medical personnel when necessary • Complete incident reports accurately and promptly Qualifications and Requirements we seek: • Valid CA BSIS Guard Card • Experience in law enforcement is highly desirable. • Prior experience in security, nightlife, hospitality, or event environments preferred • Training in first aid and CPR is an asset. • Strong conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations. • Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain a professional demeanor • Excellent observational skills with attention to detail. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. • Must be physically fit and able to stand for long periods. • Proper security uniform required, including professional, all-black attire We are an equal opportunity employer and considers all qualified applicants equally without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran status, or disability Job Type: Part-time Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) Schedule: • 4 hour shift • 8 hour shift • Evening shift • Night shift • Overnight shift • Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
