Work 168 shifts, not the normal 182 shifts... that's equal to two weeks of vacation + full benefits, malpractice coverage, and up to $15K relocation assistance
Fair rotation of shift coverage—because work-life balance matters.  Mostly day shifts with a few weeks of nights depending on nocturnist staffing.   
A 380-bed, independent, and financially stable health system
Team-based compensation model—you’re on equal footing with partners from day one
24/7 board-certified EM physicians staffing the ER for seamless care coordination

• Open ICU with PulmCC support (and no ICU at smaller campus)
• ED is right down the hall for easy access to admissions
• Big enough to have most specialists for consult support, but small enough that there is only one group of each!
• Manageable volume.... mid to upper teens with 6 docs on during the day at the larger campus, 18-20 patients shared by a doc and a NP at the smaller campus
