The Position

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team and help us achieve our ambitious goals for our business and the planet.
What you get to do:
  • Manage the executive team's calendars, including scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and expense processing
  • Manage executive team's communications, presentations, and other documentation
  • Coordinate off-site meetings and events for the executive team
  • Welcome and greet visitors on behalf of the executive team
  • Prioritize and quickly carry out executive team requests throughout the day
  • Assist Office Manager with on-site meetings and events and occasional office support.

What you bring to Uplight:
As a key team member, you'll be responsible for supporting the executive team with administrative work and collaborating with the Uplight Office Managers to ensure a professional and supportive office environment. We seek a creative, hands-on problem solver who can work independently and enjoys being on a collaborative team.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, have a commitment to learning, strong problem-solving skills, effective and clear communication abilities while maintaining strict confidence when working on executive correspondence and tasks. This position is a physically-based position located in Boulder, Colorado.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work effectively and proactively with minimal direction and juggle multiple demands simultaneously
  • Clear communicator and comfortable working with executive-level management
  • Solid understanding and experience using Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets and Slides, and Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work with sensitive materials and maintain confidentiality.
  • Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, and external partners.
  • An expert communicator, written and verbal, and you are comfortable using multiple communication channels.
  • Assist our Executive Assistant and Office Management staff as needed as part of a collaborative team

Salary Range: $70,000 to $85,000
In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual base compensation range is listed above. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.
