**This position is a hybrid role based out of Ottawa office**
About you
You are highly organized and detail-oriented in providing comprehensive administrative support to a team. This role involves managing both incoming and outgoing file activities, supporting business operations, and assisting with various tasks related to client engagement and reporting. The successful candidate will also help coordinate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth business processes. The role requires a combination of office and remote work, with a minimum in-office attendance of one to two days per week, dependent on business needs.
In this role, you will..

Prepare and send out Engagement Letters.

Oversee and maintain the Smartsheet for file tracking and updates.

Track draft reports, ensuring that any requested revisions are completed in a timely manner.

Prepare and send reliance letters as needed.

Provide ongoing email support for Oliver Tighe, handling requests and managing communications on his behalf.

Develop and maintain a list of clients for Oliver to meet with on a quarterly basis and ensure meetings are scheduled
What you'll bring
-
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Prior experience (3-5 years) in an administrative support role, preferably within a professional service or customer service environment.

Diploma in administration or related field.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with other administrative staff.

Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
