DEINE AUFGABEN

• Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung: Du organisierst Termine, Reisen und die Kalender des Founding Teams – und behältst dabei immer den Überblick.
• Projektmanagement: Du hilfst bei strategischen und operativen Projekten wie Finanzierungsrunden, Unternehmensweiterentwicklungen oder Due-Diligence-Prozessen.
• Stakeholder-Koordination: Ob Anwälte, Notare oder andere Partner – du sorgst dafür, dass alles reibungslos abläuft.
• Office-Management: Du übernimmst Office-Organisationsaufgaben wie Beschaffung oder die allgemeine Büroorganisation.
• Kommunikation: Du stellst sicher, dass wichtige Informationen intern und extern klar und rechtzeitig ankommen.

DEINE ERFAHRUNGEN

• Erfahrung: Du hast mehrere Jahre in einer vergleichbaren Rolle gearbeitet – idealerweise in der Beratung, im Banking, einer Kanzlei oder im Investoren-Umfeld.
• Organisationstalent: Komplexe Projekte wie Finanzierungsrunden meisterst du mit Leichtigkeit.
• Eigeninitiative: Du arbeitest selbstständig, lösungsorientiert und behältst auch in stressigen Momenten den Überblick.
• Kommunikationsstärke: Du gehst souverän mit internen und externen Stakeholdern um und agierst stets diskret und professionell.
• Hands-on-Mentalität: Du packst an, wo es nötig ist, und unterstützt flexibel bei wechselnden Aufgaben.
