As the Executive Business Partner, you act as a force multiplier for the Chief People Officer (CPO) and the Talent and Culture team, helping the team achieve its goals by keeping it running efficiently. You will also keep the team organized and on track by keeping a pulse on team and business needs under the direction of the CPO.

What you'll do:

  • As the right hand to the CPO, you will be a force multiplier by expertly managing selected projects, providing administrative support , coordinating schedules, drafting and streamlining communications, and helping the CPO spend time in the right areas to drive the strategic goals of the company. 
  • Embedded with the Talent & Culture team, you are the team's glue. You help the team achieve its goals by keeping the team running efficiently, including budgeting and oversight on the team’s project portfolio.
  • Support critical business reporting and planning dates. Ensuring dates/milestones are held and facilitating communication with the team to meet requirements. 
  • Set up meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including coordinating meeting logistics and drafting meeting documentation and minutes as required. Proactively follow up with stakeholders on key deliverables and facilitate communication and collaboration.
  • Book offsites and team travel, as needed. 
  • Coordinate on-site events, bringing energy and enthusiasm to team connections 
  • Run research projects and special initiatives. 
  • Get stuff done, step in to support the business as needed, and propose solutions to increase operational efficiencies.

  • Strong written communication skills: you can whip up organization wide comms on short notice
  • Organized and detail-oriented 
  • Comfortable with data and metrics
  • Event and logistics management 
  • Project/process management experience
