Executive Chef
About the Opportunity
Are you a seasoned culinary leader with a background in luxury hotels, resorts, or private clubs? Are you passionate about elevated cuisine and ready to bring fine-dining standards to a community-focused environment?
We’re seeking a refined and innovative Executive Chef to lead the culinary program at our upscale senior living community. This is a unique opportunity to make an impact—not only through high-quality food but through meaningful daily interactions with residents.
We are not looking for a traditional healthcare or institutional chef. Instead, we’re looking for someone who brings hospitality excellence, creativity, and strong leadership—while being open to learning the nuances of senior living dining.
---
What We’re Looking For
· 4+ years of proven experience as an Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a high-end hotel, resort, private club, or similar luxury setting
· Strong leadership, team development, and operational management skills
· Deep understanding of culinary trends, menu design, and presentation standards
· Passion for quality, consistency, and creating memorable dining experiences
· A desire to bring hospitality-style service to a mission-driven, resident-first environment
· Willingness to learn senior living and dietary guidelines; prior experience in senior living is a plus
---
What You’ll Do
· Lead and inspire a full culinary team, from prep to plating
· Develop seasonal, upscale menus that meet a range of dietary needs and preferences
· Oversee daily kitchen operations, ordering, inventory, and cost control
· Ensure high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and kitchen organization
· Collaborate closely with dining services leadership to deliver an exceptional experience
· Be a visible and approachable leader—interacting regularly with residents and staff
---
Why Join Us?
· Work in a beautiful, state-of-the-art kitchen and dining space
· Creative freedom—your vision and culinary style will shape the program
· No late nights and a balanced schedule
