What You’ll Do: • Lead all kitchen operations, from menu design to banquet execution. • Create fresh, trend-forward menus for both restaurant and catering. • Elevate banquet and group dining experiences with flawless execution. • Inspire and mentor a talented culinary team. • Control food costs, maintain safety standards, and ensure exceptional presentation. What We’re Looking For: • Proven experience as an Executive Chef in an full-service hotel, resort, or fine dining setting. • Strong background inbanquets, catering, and high-volume production. • Culinary degree or equivalent leadership experience. • A creative, driven leader ready to deliver excellence and grow our new F&B program.
