A new immersive experience that will take guests inside the story. As Executive Chef, you will create show-stopping cuisine, lead culinary operations, and bring storytelling to every plate. Qualifications: • Culinary degree preferred • 5+ years leading large culinary teams • Menu development and food costing expertise Key Responsibilities: • Execute creative, seasonal, and trend-forward menus • Lead all culinary staff and kitchen operations in a fast-paced, high volume kitchen • Maintain food and labor cost controls • Participation in location marketing initiatives • Collaborate with Levy and partner team to build standard SOPs for new opening • Partner with front-of-house operations, finance, HR, risk management and purchasing departments • Drive all company compliance initiatives within the location across all departments • Enforce all health and sanitation initiatives at the location Payroll oversight and BOH scheduling oversight We will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with a criminal history (including relevant driving history), in a manner consistent with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including the City of Los Angeles’ Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, and the New York Fair Chance Act.
