Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in fine dining, food service management, and kitchen operations. This role requires a passion for culinary excellence, creativity in menu planning, and the ability to manage a diverse team in a fast-paced environment. Salary: $75K-$85K + Bonus Responsibilities • Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation. • Develop and execute innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while meeting guest preferences. • Manage food production processes, including inventory control, food handling, and safety protocols. • Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to foster a collaborative team environment. • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen and dining areas. • Coordinate banquet and catering services, ensuring seamless execution of events. • Monitor food costs and implement strategies for efficient inventory management. • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to enhance the overall guest experience through exceptional service. • Maintain relationships with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients while managing costs effectively. Qualifications • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role within the food industry. • Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and cooking methods. • Strong background in restaurant management, including shift management and team leadership skills. • Experience in menu planning, catering, and banquet services is highly desirable. • Familiarity with dietary department operations is a plus. • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. • Strong communication skills to interact with staff, guests, and vendors professionally. • A commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation practices. • Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred; additional certifications in food safety are advantageous. #TTS1 Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $850,000.00 per year Benefits: • Health insurance • Paid time off Work Location: In person
