Position Summary: The Executive Chef is responsible for all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu development, food preparation, staff management, budgeting, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety. This role requires creativity, leadership, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. Key Responsibilities: • Design and execute innovative, seasonal menus for à la carte dining, banquets, and special events. • Lead, train, and inspire a team of culinary professionals. • Manage food and labor costs within budgetary guidelines. • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. • Collaborate with club management to enhance member satisfaction and drive culinary excellence. • Source high-quality ingredients and maintain positive vendor relationships. • Oversee inventory, purchasing, and kitchen maintenance. • Build positive relationships with members through daily table touches. Skills/Qualifications: • Proven experience of 3 to 5 years as an Executive Chef or in a senior culinary leadership role, preferably in a private club, resort, or fine dining environment. • Culinary degree or equivalent professional training. • Strong leadership and team-building skills. • Excellent organizational and communication abilities. • Passion for hospitality and member service. • Knowledge of current culinary trends and techniques.
